Update (November 1, 11:00 a.m.): If the price hits $36.98 we highly recommend taking the stop. In fact, we would use a hard stop here. The second rejection at the recovery attempt today was determinately bearish.

Update (November 1, pre market): After getting burned on both RHAT and VGZ recently we are not in the mood to stay patient with a stock that is not performing the way we expected it should. VGZ's poor close on both Friday and Monday likely projected the fact that the news was leaked from insiders.

TRI found continued selling after an intial burst higher yesterday and it traded near daily lows up until the close. This was not a good close, which could be warning of further price weakness. We recommend moving the stop up to $36.98 and selling at the end of the day if it does not close over $37.50.
